Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is recruiting a Volunteering Development Manager to help volunteers build skills and confidence and to support teams and partners working for nature recovery. The role is full time at 35 hours a week, fixed term until 31 March 2029, and based at Compass House in Oxford or the nearest BBOWT office, with hybrid working and travel across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
