Surrey Wildlife Trust is seeking a Volunteer & Communities Officer to support voluntary wardens, Friends Groups and other volunteer leaders. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, training, safeguarding and keeping volunteer records. It is a permanent, full-time post with hybrid working from the Trust's Pirbright headquarters and Nower Wood near Leatherhead, plus travel across Surrey. Some weekend work is expected, approximately ten days a year. The advertised salary is £28,000 to £30,000 a year. Applications close at midday on 23 November 2026.
