Moray CAN's September conference brought local climate projects and ideas together in Elgin.
Moray CAN's 2026 climate conference took place at the Mansefield Hotel in Elgin on 24 September, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. The programme used fire, water, earth and air to look at practical work across Moray, from wildfire resilience and water management to community energy and nature restoration. It also marked nearly five years of local Just Transition Participatory Budgeting, with time for people to share ideas and make connections. A light lunch was provided. This event has ended.
